Become a Game Programmer

Game Programmer is a two-year programme designed for those who want to become specialists in games programming. The goal is for you to master coding as a craft, with the primary focus of creating digital games. We provide a safe and supportive learning environment where you can gain the knowledge and expertise currently in demand in Sweden’s thriving video game industry.

Over the course of two years, you’ll learn how to create your own games. You’ll learn how good code is written and you’ll learn how to apply many useful design patterns and techniques to the games you produce. By the end of this course, you will understand the game development process from conjuring up an idea to having a finished and playable game.

Start Strong

Learning to code can be very challenging in the beginning. Starting up, you’ll be working closely with teachers who ensure you gain the necessary intuitive understanding to start learning independently. A high teacher-to-student ratio and 20 hours of teaching per week create a unique and effective learning environment.

Learning is important, but so is having fun. In this education we value both learning and enjoyment. We foster a community of like-minded and creative individuals who live and breathe games. Why not live at the school’s dormitory for two years to live and breathe games yourself?
